How can I know what apps my student has on their iPad?

1. Log in to PowerSchool with your parent username and password and click "Sign In".

2. All students attached to your parent account will show in the top pane. Click on the student that you would like to see information about their iPad.

3. Click on "Device Information" on the left-hand menu.

This will not show up if your student does not have a school issued device (grades PreK-3).

4. General information available include serial number of the iPad, storage left on the device (our iPads are 32GB), current iOS version, iCloud backups enabled and date of last iCloud backup. Below the general information you will see all of the apps installed on the iPad as of the last inventory update.

All students should have iCloud backups enabled and have a current (within the last 7 days) backup in iCloud.

5. Under "Installed Applications" you can click on the name of the app and it will take you to a preview of the app.
